Delivery and Returns
Special order merchandise and custom sized rings are non-returnable and non-cancelable. A full refund will be issued for unused merchandise when returned within 14 days, in the original box/packaging. A check will be issued within 10 days. All credit card refunds will be given in the original form of payments. All credits or refunds will be issued less shipping and handling.
A return authorization from Hamilton Jewelers Pavilions is required prior to returning any merchandise. Return authorizations must be requested within 10 days of purchase and we must receive your item with 14 days of date of purchase. Any returned packages must display a Return Authorization Number and packages not displaying this will be refused.
All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Expedited delivery may be arranged for an additional fee. We will notify you within one business day if your order is out of stock.
We ship all items under $50,000.00 by FedEx Overnight. Please visit the FedEx website to see shipping costs: http://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home . Items over $50,000.00 will require an alternate manner of shipping and Hamilton Jewelers will work with each customer to accommodate individual shipping needs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders to be shipped outside of the United States.
